Who we are

MODUS AI Associates is Malaysia's gateway to China's AI ecosystem, delivering MIIT-certified AI training, enterprise AI transformation and a suite of integrated AI+ Super Apps comprising 35 AI subsystems. Our founder

Dato' Dr Tan Boon Nunt is the Founder & Director of MODUS AI Associates. He has been a pioneer of Malaysian e-commerce since 1994, was named Ernst & Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002, and is a recipient of the Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (D.S.P.N.) in 2022.

Our launch credentials

MODUS AI Associates was officially launched on 17 December 2025 through an Agreements Signing & Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony, witnessed by the Guest of Honour, YABhg Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak, the 8th Governor of Penang. MoUs were signed with 20+ international and domestic strategic partners at the launch, including China Ruidi Travel (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. The company delivers 12 MIIT-certified AI courses alongside its enterprise transformation programmes.
